This course aims to provide students with the technical skills and techniques in design principles/method, drawing techniques, design marketing and advertising media, typographic, multimedia design and packaging etc. They also develop logical, critical and problem-solving skills plus valuable personal attributes such as communication and presentation skills. After graduation, they can work in a range of careers in design sector such as graphic designer, creative designer, design consultant, hotel facilities manager/ purchaser, display purchaser/designer etc.

Applicant must have completed any one of the following qualifications: Diploma in Computing; China Senior Secondary Year 3 and IELTS score of 5.0; SMU 3 and IELTS score of 5.0; GCE ‘A' levels - 2 passes; ITE Higher NITEC 2.5; STPM - 2 passes; Vietnam Grade 12 and IELTS 5.0; or any other equivalent qualifications. Applicants who don’t have IELTS score of 5.0 are required to attend an English course at a fee.
