This program aims to improve well-being and increase the ability to live more highly functioning lives. It is specially designed for individuals who aspire to work in the field of people development such as human resources, community services and institutions of higher learning. Students in this program will undergo comprehensive training in contemporary psychological theory, research and applicable clinical practices. They will be aware of the roles and functions of the counseling professional and acquire positive personal characteristics and ethics and demonstrate competency in the application of professional responsibilities to ethical decision-making. Counselling Psychology provides a solid foundation for a wide range of careers. Some examples include teaching and research; human resource; consulting firms; government service (prisons, armed forces, civil services); health and social care organisations; sports centres; rehabilitation agencies; industrial companies; voluntary organisations; student counselling services.

Giriş koşulları:

Applicants should have completed diploma in counselling psychology or any other qualifications as approved by Learning Capital School of Higher Education.
